Their food portions are sizeable and affordable, same for the meat and drink. The waitress tried her best to be helpful and nice. I only wish they could be more hygienic, there were too many fliers around the fruit juice makers. I enjoyed my meal all the same.

I loved the food at this restaurant, although I recognised the food in the glass display cases, I can't say I knew the names of the dishes. I love finding local African restaurants, and this was certainly one of them....as it's always a good sign for me to see places busy with local people. There was a good choice of different types of fish, including fresh tuna and king fish, as well as goat - I went for the vegetable rice, stew beans and goat meat (wrapped in tinfoil, which turned out to be a delicious, and very meaty, goat leg). Although obviously not high cuisine, for me this is infinitely better, substantial, incredibly tasty, satisfying and served in a truly local joint. Came to around £16 for two.

This restaurant was recommended for local dishes and their names were in Swahili so I don't know the translation except for the bananas and lots of fishes. They have Wi-Fi so it's a great place to eat and check your next stop on Google Maps. I had fried fish but it was not very tasty. The rice dishes and ugali seemed very popular.
